Tom has extensive experience in digital marketing, ecommerce strategy and data analytics.
He is a seasoned people manager with experience leading cross-functional multi-national teams in support of multiple brands and functions in both B2C and B2B ecommerce environments. His leadership skills, vision for effective growth and change, and passion for building and developing teams of exceptional talent are the reasons he is the Managing Director of Client Development for Blueprint.
