Suzy Dolbow

Director of Marketing

Suzy has over a decade of experience working in sales, advertising and customer experience.

She oversees Blueprint’s strategic vision and planning for company brand and sits on Blueprint’s executive leadership team. She onboarded over 500 employees during Blueprint's unprecedented fastest-growth in 2015 and 2016, then  launched the marketing department in 2017, allowing her to make a great impact on the company and our clients.

Suzy was named on 425 Business Magazine’s 30 under 30 list in 2017.

What do you actually do:

Work with our most fun and creative teams, learn from our clients, showcase our incredible stories... and have lots of awko taco moments.

What motivates you:

Our people at Blueprint. I'm constantly learning from others.

What’s one thing people don’t know about Blueprint that they should?

We have some pretty epic tennis ball nerfgun fights.

Purple Café. Chopped salad and rosé.

Brushing my teeth.
