We created a narrative-driven go-to-market strategy that combined market research and technology analysis into a comprehensive roadmap for success, diagramming the solution architecture using a technology stack mapped directly to client scenarios. Even after several rounds of refinement including client feedback, we assembled the solution strategy within 2 months so the client could immediately execute a clear and concise plan. With a comprehensive plan that garnered investment from internal product groups, Blueprint rapidly recruited an engineering team and built a production-ready version of the platform within 4 months.
